IMO mixed gender groups are the most effective. I'm probably just speculating here (though my alliance does have a comparatively huge amount of female gamers), but men and women see the same situation in different ways, and having someone to point out both sides of the coin is brilliant for planning purposes.

Both and because the first Girls Power Hour thread was so sexist, it should have been deleted in the first few posts. But people do create strange things, like these events and sometimes its really good, but mostly it goes really downhill.

I fully support a Guy Power Hour. Y'all need to just chill and have some fun with things and not complain so much.
